Joshua D. Bird

Joshua D. Bird has a diverse work experience ranging from 2011 to the present. In 2010, they were a Studio / Graduate Assistant at Kent State University's Center for Teaching and Learning. In 2011, they were a Campus Intern at Turning Technologies. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Associate Designer at American Greetings. In 2017, they were a Web and Graphic Designer at Memorial Hermann Health System. In 2018, they were a UI / UX Designer at Accenture. From 2019 to 2020, they were Co-Owner of Rose & Thorn Creative, LLC. In 2022, they are currently a Houston Chapter Co-Chair at SEGD. Most recently, they are a Craft: Design at Umbrage, where they design, develops, and distills software solutions for enterprise clients.

Joshua D. Bird attended Kent State University from 2009 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Visual Communication Design - 3D/2D. Joshua D. then continued their studies at Kent State University, graduating in 2018 with a Master's Degree in Visual Communication Design.
