Meryn Zumbo Willetts

Meryn Zumbo Willetts is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in diversity, inclusion, and innovation. As the Co-founder and CEO of Umbrella, Meryn aims to enhance the business case for diversity in the workplace. In addition, Meryn co-founded Boardiverse, a network for diverse professionals seeking board-level opportunities. Meryn hosts the Modern Idealist Podcast and serves as a board member for the Revenue Development Foundation and Oslo Blockchain Cluster. Previous roles include Business Adviser at Charge AS, Leadership Consultant at Studio Willetts, and CEO of RAGE for Climate. Meryn holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Charles Sturt University.
