Barbara Higgins

Barbara Higgins, a Senior Accountant at the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science since January 1986, has a background in accounting and financial reporting. Prior to their current role, Barbara served as the Business Manager at WMDT-TV Channel 47. Higgins holds a B.S. in Accounting from Salisbury University, graduating in 1981.
