Clarence Clipper

Clarence Clipper currently serves as the Facility Services Director at UMC since March 2023. Prior to this role, Clarence held positions as General Manager at both CenTrio Energy and Enwave Energy Corporation from July 2021 to February 2023, overseeing the performance of District Energy businesses in the Seattle and Portland markets. Clarence's career also includes significant experience at Unico Properties LLC as Director of Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed managing engineering departments across multiple states and serving as a liaison to corporate executives and property teams. Earlier experience includes roles as Chief Engineer and Building Engineer, along with military service as an Electrician in the US Navy. Clarence holds a Business Certificate from the UW Foster School of Business, having completed the Executive Development Program.
