Beatriz Oliveira is currently a People & Culture Analyst at Ume, responsible for building and strengthening the company culture in a remote setting. Prior to their current role, Beatriz held positions at Checkout RH as Coordinator of Culture and Junior Development, where Beatriz managed various departments including Corporate Education and Communication. Beatriz also excelled as a Training and Development Analyst, leading T&D initiatives, managing organizational culture, creating training programs, and supporting HR processes. With a background in Psychology from Centro Universitário São Camilo, Beatriz has a solid foundation in understanding human behavior and effectively supporting company initiatives.
