Richa Goel

Richa Goel is a seasoned professional in the fields of child development and research, currently serving as a Senior Analyst and previously as Assistant Manager for Monitoring and Evaluation at Ummeed Child Development Center since November 2020. Prior experience includes consulting at the Centre for Catalyzing Change from February 2018 to November 2020 and a brief tenure as a Scientist at the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) in early 2019. Richa has also contributed as a Research Associate at the Institute for Human Development and as a Research Intern at the National Institute of Medical Statistics. Earlier in their career, Richa worked as a Research Associate at S&P Capital IQ from 2011 to 2014. Richa holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development Practice from TERI School of Advanced Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies with a focus on Finance from Keshav Mahavidyalaya, University of Delhi.
