As Vice President of Customer Service at Packet One Networks, Ahereen established comprehensive customer service operations, emphasizing customer experience and operational efficiency. Experience also includes senior roles in customer experience at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad and operational leadership at Maxis Communication Bhd. Ahereen holds both an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and an EMBA in Human Resource Management from Asia e University.
