Terry Poole

Terry Poole is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in counseling, mentorship, and athletics. Currently serving as a Counselor and After School Program Manager at Rancho Cielo since July 2024, Terry fosters a safe environment for youth and staff to promote academic success and essential life skills. In addition, Terry has been a Mentor at Umoja Community Education Foundation, Inc. and an Offensive Line Coach at Monterey Peninsula College, where responsibilities include managing player personnel and planning drills. A former professional player with NFL Players Inc. and XFL, Terry has demonstrated a strong work ethic and adaptability in competitive environments. An accomplished motivational speaker, Terry has also engaged with various audiences to promote education and community resources. Educationally, Terry holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education from Point Loma Nazarene University, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University, and an Associate of Arts from Monterey Peninsula College.
