Joseph Cicali is a seasoned professional in the finance and mortgage sectors, currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at UMortgage and previously holding the same position at Garden State Home Loans. Joseph has extensive experience as the CEO of ARIVE and has also served in executive roles such as EVP and CIO at Garden State Home Loans. Earlier in Joseph's career, involvement in business strategy and asset optimization took place at PSEG. Joseph Cicali holds a Master of Science in Finance from Drexel University and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from La Salle University.
