Demari Schuerch

Demari Schuerch has a diverse work experience history with various roles in different industries. They started their career as a Front Desk Manager at Paul Mitchell the School Spokane in 2012, where they managed the front desk crew, inventory, and reports. They then worked as a Member Services Associate at Numerica Credit Union from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they joined Umpqua Bank as a Universal Account Expert and later transitioned to the role of Universal Associate from 2017 to 2019. They were then promoted to Loan Servicing Specialist-Utility, where they were cross-trained in retail and commercial loan services and assisted in training new and existing associates. Currently, Demari serves as the LSS Special Operations Team Lead at Umpqua Bank, analyzing and reviewing data related to workflow and FTE while participating in projects related to LSS.

Demari Schuerch has obtained an Associate of Arts degree from the Community Colleges of Spokane. Subsequently, Demari pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Western Governors University.
