Doug Bonate

Doug Bonate has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Doug started their career as a Group Sales Manager at Sheraton Desert Inn Hotel and Casino from February 1990 to May 1994. Subsequently, they joined Hometown Mortgage Corporation in August 1994 and served as the President until February 2012. During their tenure, they established new relationships with real estate offices, managed licensed mortgage brokers, and conducted office meetings and career motivation seminars. In 2012, they joined BBVA in the USA as a Branch Retail Executive IV and later became the Vice President of Business Banking. Doug'sresponsibilities included developing new business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales quotas. Since July 2021, Bonate has been working as the Vice President of Commercial Banking at Umpqua Bank.
