Taylor Dombek, PhD, LPC, CADC II has a diverse work experience. Taylor began their career as a Volunteer Intern at New River Valley Community Services in 2013. Taylor then worked at Sal's Pizza as a Waitress & Manager before moving to Whalefilm as a Production Coordinator / Set Designer. Following this, they were an Executive Assistant to a Music Consultant at Leslie Lewis Consulting. Taylor then worked as an LPCC Intern at OPICA Adult Day Program and Counseling Center. Taylor then transitioned to a role at Adapt as a Drug Court Counselor & Mental Health Therapist CADC II, LPC Intern. Their career progressed as they joined Umpqua Health as a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator, then as a Lead Behavioral Health Care Coordinator, and eventually as a Behavioral Health Program Manager. Taylor then joined PacificSource Health Plans as the Manager of Medicare Care Management before returning to Umpqua Health as the Director of Behavioral Health Integrated Clinical Services in 2022.

Taylor Dombek, PhD, LPC, CADC II completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology at Radford University from 2008 to 2013. They then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Forensic Psychology at The Chicago School from 2014 to 2016, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in International Psychology at The Chicago School from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Case Manager, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II, and completed training in Social and Behavioral Research and IRB Members.
