Jamie Akers

Jamie Akers is an experienced finance professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Currently serving as a Finance Manager at UMV since May 2022, Jamie also owns and operates Akers of Alaska LLC. Previous roles include Administrative Director at Revive Distribution Co and Revive Aesthetics & Spa LLC, as well as Accounting Supervisor and Staff Accountant at Airframes Alaska. Jamie's career began at Matanuska Electric Association, Inc., where various accounting and payroll positions were held. Additional experience includes positions at Perk Up Espresso, Alaska Wild Berry Products, and Carrs Safeway.
