Pamelyn Iman Ngalih

Pamelyn Iman Ngalih is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at UMW Corporation since August 2019. Previously, Pamelyn held the position of Director, Graduate Talent Management at CIMB Bank Berhad, and prior to that, served as a Senior HR Manager at the Land Public Transport Commission and Tradewinds (M) Berhad, where significant improvements in HR operations were achieved. Pamelyn's expertise in talent management was further honed during time with Khazanah Nasional Berhad as the Assistant Vice President of Performance, Learning and Succession, focusing on strategic initiatives in leadership development. Early career roles included HR Account Manager at Shell Malaysia Limited and various positions at Shell People Services Asia and Standard Chartered Bank, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR processes and compliance. Pamelyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biohealth Science from the University of Malaya.
