Lingqin Liu is a highly experienced professional engaged in diverse fields related to environmental sustainability, scientific cooperation, and community outreach. Currently serving as Integrated Support for the Committee on Science and Technology Cooperation Assistance within the UN Convention to Combat Desertification, Lingqin Liu assists in developing partnerships in sustainable dryland management and related areas. In addition, as Deputy Assistant Secretary-General at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance, collaborative project planning promotes cross-border innovation. Lingqin Liu's impactful initiatives extend to founding and managing the "Ms Zhang" Homeless Animal Rescues and Adoptions Center, where over 5000 animals were rescued in a year, and developing resources for the visually impaired through the Vocaloid Musical Assistant Notes for the Sightless Organization.
