Kumar Chandan

Kumar Chandan is a seasoned professional in sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, currently serving as Lead ESG at Mahindra Susten since December 2023. With extensive experience across various roles in ESG reporting, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and sustainability strategy, Kumar has contributed to organizations such as McCormick & Company, where responsibilities included managing global ESG disclosures and developing sustainable performance goals. Kumar also played a crucial role at EVOL India as a Business Analyst and is an active member of the UN Global Compact Network India Anti Corruption Collective Action Working Group. Previous positions include Manager of Sustainability & CSR at Norex Flavours Private Limited and Deputy Manager at Development Alternatives, focusing on rural electrification and green energy projects. Kumar holds a PGDM in Sustainable Development Practices from BIMTECH and is dedicated to advancing sustainability initiatives throughout the corporate sector.
