Cveta Majtanovic

Cveta Majtanovic is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in sustainability and innovation. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for UN Global Compact Network Italia and as Chief Sustainability Officer at RUBBER CONVERSION, Cveta has significant experience in waste management and corporate sustainability initiatives. In addition to these roles, Cveta is the Sustainability Director at Innovando and the Director of Sustainability at Rematrix. As a University Lecturer at Università degli Studi di Trento, Cveta focuses on circular economy and innovation, and also holds a position as a Doctoral Researcher in Information and Communication Technology. With a background in psychology, engineering, and business, Cveta has contributed to various mentorship and consultancy roles, including with the Innovation Fund of the Republic of Serbia and as a co-founder of REENACT, a startup utilizing AI for video content repurposing. Academic qualifications include a double degree PhD in ICT from Università di Trento and an ongoing Executive MBA at ESMT Berlin.
