Lara S. is the Founder & CEO of UNA Connect. Prior to this role, Lara held positions such as CFO at Echoenergia Participações S.A., CEO and Founder at Paraúna Assessoria a Negócios, and Debt Advisory MD at Deloitte Brasil. Lara has a strong background in finance, having served in various leadership roles in companies like Itaú Unibanco, Local Boutique, and Banco Votorantim. Lara holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as executive education in Private Equity & Venture Capital from Harvard Business School. Additionally, Lara has a Professional Master's degree in Economics and Finance from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
