Kristiane Smith

Kristiane Smith has extensive work experience at Unanet, starting in 2007. Kristiane has held various roles within the company, including Sr. Implementation Consultant, Training Development Specialist, Director of Unanet University, and currently serves as Principal Sales Engineer. In their current role, they are responsible for providing proof of concept demonstrations, creating targeted video demonstrations, and discussing best practices for implementing Unanet software. In previous roles, they led training initiatives, managed a team of training professionals, developed training strategies, implemented a Learning Management System, and delivered monthly training courses and webinars. Kristiane has successfully implemented Unanet software for over 150 customers.

Kristiane Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Virginia Tech. In addition, they are certified as a Sandler Sales Certified and a Unanet CRM Administrator, both obtained in 2023.
