Sacha Taghavi

Sacha Taghavi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of engineering services and human resource management. Sacha founded Unatrix in October 2008, providing premium solutions for staffing companies that enhance communication and productivity. Concurrently, Sacha co-founded YooniQ solutions, which has been creating innovative HR management tools since 2008, serving clients across over 20 countries. Sacha also held an operations role at kiwiHR from February 2018 to December 2023, focusing on automating HR processes to help businesses streamline administration. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Business Manager at ALTEN and a Sales Manager at EastMat, along with a consulting role at Cartesis. Sacha holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from NEOMA Business School.
