Carmen-Maria Rosca

Carmen-Maria Rosca has over 20 years of work experience, starting as an English teacher at International House from 2002 to 2005 and then at Exam Plus Language Centre from 2006 to 2007. Carmen-Maria then joined Lingo24 in 2008, initially as a Project Manager and later became the Head of Projects from 2010 to 2011. During their time at Lingo24, they also served as a Global Trainer from 2013 to 2014, Culture Chief from 2014 to 2016, Performance Coach from 2016 to 2017, and Head of HR for Romania from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Carmen-Maria served as the Global Head of HR at Lingo24. In 2022, they joined Unbabel as a People Director, where they have been responsible for driving talent development strategies, delivering management training programs, designing training programs, providing coaching, and advising on people strategy. Carmen-Maria also acts as an HRBP and People advisor for the Customer Operations business unit.

Carmen-Maria Rosca obtained their MA degree in British and American Studies with a focus on the Translation Module from the West University of Timisoara. This occurred between the years 2002 and 2004.
