Gabriele has a strong background in business development and mentoring, assisting startups in defining growth strategies, securing funding, and achieving product-market fit. Previous experience includes founding and leading Bablic, a translation management tool, and serving as Head of Sales and Managing Director at AvaTrade, where Gabriele expanded the company’s presence in Europe and significantly restructured sales operations.
