Rana Maitland

Rana Maitland is an accomplished human resources professional with over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Unbiased since February 2021, Rana has previously held the position of Director of People Operations at Guestline until December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Head of People Operations at The LoveCrafts Collective, Head of HR at Dentsu Aegis Network, and roles at Isobar Commerce where Rana progressed from HR Manager to Head of HR, EMEIA. Rana's career began at The SSE Arena, Wembley as Operations Manager, providing a solid foundation in both operational and human resources management.
