Allison Bucklew

Allison Bucklew currently serves as the Director of Program Design & Delivery at UnboundEd.org since October 2023. Prior to this role, Bucklew held multiple positions at Crossroads Charter Schools of Kansas City from July 2019 to October 2023, including Director of Data & Assessment and District Data & Technology Manager. Additional experience includes serving as a Math Instructional Specialist at Crossroads Academy Kansas City, a 7th Grade Math Teacher at Crossroads Academy of Kansas City, and a Secondary Math Teacher at Alta Vista High School. Earlier in the career, Bucklew was a 5th Grade Math Teacher at the Ewing Marion Kauffman School and taught 4th Grade Math at ReNEW Schools Charter Management Organization. An early teaching role included a position as a 5th-8th Science Teacher at McDonogh City Park Academy.
