Rickard Brüel Gabrielsson has an extensive work experience in the field of artificial intelligence and technology. Rickard worked as an Artificial Intelligence Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on research under Professor Justin Solomon. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder at Unbox AI, where they worked on Foundation Models & Self-Supervised Learning for Businesses for 5+ years. Rickard also published research papers at AISTATS and NeurIPS.

Rickard also worked at Stanford University, where they held multiple roles. Rickard conducted research with Professor Gunnar Carlsson in Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence, working on topological data analysis, deep learning, and computer vision. Rickard also served as a Teaching Assistant for artificial intelligence and algorithm design courses. Furthermore, they worked as a Researcher in Professor Leonidas J. Guibas' laboratory at Stanford, with research publications in the field of computer graphics.

Additionally, Rickard was a Co-Founder at Foodla AB, an infrastructure company providing established sales channels for third parties. Rickard was accepted into the STING accelerator in Stockholm and secured investment from Propel Capital and KFS. Earlier, they served as the CEO of Ahead Inc., a next-generation news source platform, and as a Scout at Varsity Ventures, an early-stage seed fund.

Rickard's early work experience includes being a Research Assistant at Stanford University and a Co-Founder at NeoReach, an influencer marketing platform that managed millions of dollars' worth of campaigns for prominent brands.

Rickard Brüel Gabrielsson attended Bäckängsgymnasiet from 2008 to 2011, where they studied Natural Sciences and Leadership. In 2012, they enrolled at Stanford University and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, which they completed in 2016. During their time at Stanford, they also participated in the Structured Liberal Education (SLE) Program from 2012 to 2013. After completing their undergraduate studies, Rickard went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence at Stanford University from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are studying at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Artificial Intelligence, which is expected to be completed in 2025.
