Jeff Karluk has over 20 years of professional experience in the media and marketing industries. Jeff began their career in 1996 as a Television News Producer at WWBT/NBC12 Raycom Media, where they created and wrote daily newscasts, built contacts in emergency, government, and private industries, and worked with marketing, public relations, and communications professionals to acquire interviews for newscasts. In 2007, they moved to Media General as a Graphics Manager, Team Leader, and Internship Manager, where they managed daily and long-term projects for Media General's centralized broadcast graphics hub, planned 86,000 requests annually from 41 TV stations, and designed and wrote newsletters and other marketing and outreach materials. In 2017, they joined Performance Foodservice as a Content Manager, responsible for content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads, that deliver sales and customer retention. Jeff maintained content calendar and created original content for Performance Foodservice and Performance Food Group's external marketing efforts. Finally, in 2018, they joined Unboxed Training & Technology as a Learning Experience Manager, Senior Content Strategist, and Content Strategist.
Jeff Karluk received their Bachelor's Degree in Communications - Journalism from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1997, having started their studies in 1993.
