Jessica Parrent

Jessica Parrent has a long and varied work experience. Jessica began their career in 2005 as a Construction Management Estimator for W.M. Jordan Company, where they created cost estimates for projects as large as $180 million and identified and marketed opportunities to further business development. In 2008, they took on two roles: a Product Development Summer Associate for Soluble Systems LLC, where they increased production facility efficiency 30% and throughput 20%, and a Business Operations Analyst-MBA for Bon Secours Health System, where they reorganized business processes and reduced corporate energy consumption by 10%. That same year, they also worked as an Account and Marketing Consultant for Fluoresco Lighting & Signs, providing internal support for Business to Business marketing and proposal development. In 2012, they became a Project Manager for The Martin Agency, and in 2013 they began their tenure at Unboxed Training & Technology, where they have held the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Operations, Director of Content Production, Manager of Content Production, and Senior Interactive Producer.

Jessica Parrent attended William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business from 2007 to 2009, where they earned their MBA in Business Administration. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech between 2002 and 2006.
