Christopher Adams

Christopher Adams, PhD, is an experienced professional in instructional design and technology, currently serving as Principal Consultant at Performance Change Strategies, LLC since October 2018. With a long tenure at Handshaw, Inc. since November 1996, Christopher has held various roles including Senior Consultant, Learning Technology Consultant, Lead Instructional Designer, and Creative Media Developer, focusing on optimizing performance and developing consulting capabilities within talent teams. Prior experience includes freelance multimedia development and serving as Training Coordinator at Kinko’s. Christopher holds a PhD in Instructional Design & Technology from Old Dominion University, a Master of Arts in Instructional Systems Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from North Carolina State University.
