John Iden

John Iden is an accomplished Sr. Application Systems Analyst at UNC Health since May 2021, following a distinguished tenure as Principal Application Systems Analyst at MD Anderson Cancer Center from January 2008 to May 2021. During the time at MD Anderson, John led key projects, including the integration of the Emporos POS with EPIC EMR and the conversion of multiple point-of-sale systems to NCR Counterpoint. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Applications Programmer Analyst at Memorial Hermann Health System, where John supported the FileNET clinical and patient billing document imaging system, and as a Systems Analyst at USAA, contributing to the enhancement of an enterprise voice response system.
