Ofri Meir-Weizman

Ofri Meir-Weizman has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Head of Human Resources at UnCaged Studios, a gaming company focused on bringing immersive experiences to life. Prior to this, they worked as a Personal & Career Coaching Specialist, assisting individuals in their personal and professional growth. Ofri also served as a Career Development Specialist at Elevation, where they coached students and alumni, conducted workshops, and assisted in their career journeys. At monday.com, they worked as a Career Development Specialist via Elevation. Ofri also has experience in training and HR management roles, having worked at CodeValue as a Training and Academy Relation Manager and HR Manager. Before that, Ofri worked as an Account Manager for Strategic Clients at Experis Israel, providing human resources solutions and managing services for clients. Their earlier experience includes working as a Project and Account Manager in the Outsourcing IT Division at Intel Corporation, and as a Strategy Consultant for the NOVA Project, where they were part of a consulting team for a local NGO.

Ofri Meir-Weizman holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in the field of MA Program Organizational Behavior and Development. Ofri obtained this degree from the Interdisciplinary Center - Herzliya, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to their master's degree, they earned a bachelor's degree in management and sociology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Ofri studied at Ben-Gurion University from 2008 to 2011.
