Tom Moreno

Tom Moreno is an experienced technology and communications executive currently serving as Chief Innovation Officer at Uncommon Cures since February 2023. Tom has been the President of ThinOps since April 2004, leading technology consulting services with a focus on security and communications solutions. Additional leadership roles include Director of the Communications Team for InfraGard Houston Members Alliance, Partner at Alchemy Technology Group, Board Member for phaRNA, and a member of the acquisition team at The Club at Carlton Woods. Tom's previous positions include CEO of ThinOps Capital, President/CEO of ThinOps Communications, and Systems Engineer at Citrix Systems. Tom's educational background includes studies at the Community College of the Air Force from 1992 to 1995.
