Amewusika D. Sedzro

Sika Sedzro serves as the Chief Problem Solver at Uncut Lab, LLC since September 2019, leading a team of designers and engineers to address unique business challenges for small business owners and institutions. Prior experience includes the role of Transformative Development Initiative Fellow at MassDevelopment, where Sika orchestrated partnerships resulting in significant residential projects and infrastructure investments. Sika's tenure also includes consulting at MIT to create a strategic plan for MIT AFRICA, and driving innovation and programming at VentureWell. Early career highlights encompass roles at TERC and Commonwealth Corporation, focusing on enhancing education and managing youth programs, along with legislative assistance at the New York State Assembly. Sika holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hampshire College, a Master of Science in Urban Planning from Columbia University, and a recent certificate from Babson College.
