Peg Demers

Peg Demers serves as the Director of Academic Business Resources at the University of North Carolina Wilmington since May 2023. Previously, Peg held multiple leadership roles at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth from October 2017 to June 2023, including Chief of Staff in the Provost Office, Executive Director of Academic Operations and Planning, and Senior Academic and Business Operations Director. From August 2013 to October 2017, Peg was the Assistant Dean of Finance and Administration at Texas A&M University School of Law. Earlier experience includes the position of Budget Officer at Texas Wesleyan University from December 2009 to August 2013. Peg Demers earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut between 1988 and 1992.
