Kelly Caruso

Kelly Caruso serves as a Board Director at both Ready Credit Corporation and the UND Alumni Association & Foundation. Previously, Kelly was an advisor and CEO at Shipt from March 2019 to April 2022. Kelly's extensive career at Target, spanning from June 1996 to March 2019, includes roles such as SVP Hardlines, President Target Sourcing Services, and Vice President in various divisions where responsibilities encompassed P&L management, strategic omni-channel initiatives, and leading large, global teams in product sourcing and merchandising operations. Earlier experience includes positions at Abercrombie & Fitch, May Merchandising Company, and Younkers Department Stores. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of North Dakota and completed an executive education program at Harvard Business School in March 2022.
