Albert de Symons Azis-Clauson has had a varied career in the creative and tech industries. In 2015, they founded ADAC Consultancy, a company that works with start-ups, charities and established businesses to aid their business strategy and development. In 2016, they became the Managing Director of OTHER Syndicate Ltd, where they managed teams of up to 30 people for various arts events. In 2017, they became a Public Relations Consultant at Pagefield, specializing in science communication, creative development and sports. Also in 2017, they founded The OTHER Foundation, a registered charity that works with youth groups and commercial property developers. In 2020, they became a Fellow of The RSA (The royal society for arts, manufactures and commerce) and a Judge of the Great British Entrepreneur Awards & Community. In 2021, they became a Strategic Advisor for Locale and WYSPR. Finally, in 2022, they became the Chairperson of the Association for the Future of Work.
Albert de Symons Azis-Clauson's education history includes a 1st Class BSc in Theirtory and Philosophy of Science from UCL, as well as attendance at The Royal Ballet School, Christ's Hospital, and The Windsor Boys' School.
