Josh Mcloughlin, PhD, is an accomplished writer and editor with extensive experience in current affairs, culture, and literature. Currently freelancing for Prospect Magazine and New Statesman, Mcloughlin has contributed features to notable publications including The Times, The Spectator, and The London Magazine. Mcloughlin is also the founder and Editor-in-Chief of New Critique, a literary journal, and serves as Editor of the Pianoforte Tuners' Association Newsletter. Mcloughlin holds a PhD in English Literature & History from UCL and has completed master's degrees at both the University of Oxford and Goldsmiths, University of London, as well as a BA from The University of Manchester.
