Chester started their career at Axis EU Ltd (Caterpillar BCP) as a Hydraulic Design Engineer. Chester worked on the B-Series Telehandler program, focusing on hydraulic system design, hose routing, and valve design. Chester was with Axis EU Ltd from February 2001 to September 2003.
Chester's earliest work experience was as a Design Engineer at Centreless Tooling from January 1999 to January 2001.
Chester Harding pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Engineering Design and Materials from the University of Portsmouth. Chester attended the university from 1993 to 1996, completing their undergraduate education within this period.
