Darrell Gargala

Darrell Gargala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and education sectors. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at RWM Home Loans since April 2023, Darrell previously held similar positions at Northpointe Bank and Churchill Mortgage Corporation. Additionally, Darrell is the owner of X-Force Properties, LLC, managing residential real estate, including short-term rentals. As a SCUBA Instructor for Underwater Connection Inc. since 2014, Darrell has played a significant role in training diving enthusiasts in the Colorado Springs area. Previous roles also include ski instruction at Breckenridge Ski Resort and academic positions as an Associate Professor at both National Defense University and the United States Air Force Academy, where curricula focused on Information Warfare and Military Arts and Sciences. Darrell holds a Master’s degree in Business from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science from Fort Lewis College.
