Phil Bower

Phil Bower has over three decades of experience in the underwater construction industry. Since March 1991, Phil has served as both an Estimator and Project Manager at Underwater Construction Corporation, demonstrating expertise in project management and cost estimation. Prior to this role, Phil worked as a Diver at Diving Services Inc from April 1989 to March 1991. Phil Bower holds a diploma from the Divers Institute of Technology, where education was completed from 1988 to 1989.
