Keith Noyes

Keith Noyes is a seasoned engineering and facilities management professional with extensive experience in public works and infrastructure management. Noyes served as the Resident Engineer at Underwood Engineers Inc and held the position of Public Works Director for the Town of Hampton, New Hampshire, from June 2011 to April 2015. Previous roles include Director of Facilities Management at Star Island Corporation and Public Works Director for the Town of Exeter, New Hampshire, spanning over two decades from August 1985 to September 2007. Noyes holds two Associate's degrees from State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota, one in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician and another in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology.
