Ruth Fletcher

Lead Social Scientist – Nature Restored at UNEP-WCMC

Ruth Fletcher is an inter-disciplinary scientist with expertise in ecology, economics, and social aspects of marine biodiversity issues. Ruth currently holds the position of Lead Social Scientist at UNEP-WCMC and has previously worked in various roles related to marine ecosystem services valuation and corporate engagement. Ruth has a Master of Science in Ecological Economics from The University of Edinburgh and a background in Biology from the University of Bristol.
