Othilie Louradour du Souich has been serving at UNESCO since September 2002 in various capacities focused on Results-Based Management (RBM) and strategic planning. As the RBM Unit Head and Senior Strategic Planning Officer, Othilie provides expertise and decision-making support for programme planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting, coordinating closely with the Culture Sector and Africa Department. Othilie also holds a position as an Expert Intervenor at University Sorbonne Nouvelle, facilitating a course on strategic planning within the UN system. Othilie’s educational background includes an MBA with concentrations in Finance, Marketing, and International Business, along with several certifications in project management and gender equality.
