Wilfred Bassie

Wilfred Bassie is an experienced professional in technology and training, currently serving as a Support Specialist and Senior Trainer & Support Engineer at Unexus Contact Solutions since June 2018. With a strong focus on leveraging technology to enhance customer experience, Wilfred's role as a Support Engineer enables the identification of optimal solutions for business process improvement.
