Maciej Glowacki

Maciej Glowacki started their career as a Sushi Chef at Kodo Sushi Restaurant in 2012. Maciej then worked as a Head Chef at Hinata Sushi Restaurant. In 2015, they became a Sushi Chef at Zen Sushi and later joined iSushi AS as a Sushi chef and Wok chef. In 2017, they joined Food Asylum Take Away as a Sous Chef and later promoted to Head Chef. After that, they worked as a Sushi Chef at Hanami Sushi and Nodee Sky. In 2020, they completed a Full Stack JavaScript Developer bootcamp at the School of Applied Technology and worked as a Software Developer at Solgt.no. Currently, they are working as a Full Stack Developer at Unfold / NoA.

In 2022, Maciej attended Alfaskolen AS and completed a Norwegian course from level A0 to A2.

In 2020, Maciej attended the School of Applied Technology and obtained a degree in Full Stack JavaScript Developer. The field of study was Information Technology.

From 2008 to 2012, Maciej attended the College of Culinary Arts and achieved a degree as a Chef. The field of study was Food Preparation/Professional Cooking/Kitchen Assistant.

In addition to their formal education, Maciej has also obtained several certifications. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Front End Web Development from Treehouse and Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp. In 2019, they obtained certifications in Web developer Advanced and Web developer Basics from Udemy. Prior to pursuing a career in technology, Maciej obtained a Sushi Proficiency Certificate from the All Japan Sushi Association in 2018 and a Catering Manager certification from HorArt HoReCa Academy Poland in 2016.
