Andrew Agosto

Andrew Agosto has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Andrew started their career in 2005 as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they worked on various projects related to bridge deck design and the testing of structural materials. Andrew also served as a Teaching Assistant for three classes during their time at the university.

In 2008, Andrew joined Uni-Systems, LLC, where they gained experience in structural engineering, project engineering, and project management. Andrew worked on high-profile projects and collaborated with talented engineers and managers until 2013.

In 2016, Andrew worked as a part-time Consultant Engineer at Meyer Borgman Johnson. Andrew contributed their expertise in complex steel weldments and mechanical systems while benefiting from the knowledge of the experienced MBJ engineers and managers.

Since 2014, Andrew has been associated with Uni-Systems Engineering. Andrew initially served as a Structural Engineer/Project Engineer, where their responsibilities included conceptual design, structural calculations, prototype development, and communication with stakeholders. Andrew later took on roles as a Principal Project Lead and currently holds the position of Vice President - Sports Architecture.

Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated versatility, strong technical skills, and the ability to work on unique and challenging projects.

Andrew Agosto completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2001 to 2005. Andrew then went on to pursue a Master's degree in the same field at the same university from 2005 to 2008.

In terms of certifications, Andrew Agosto holds a General Contractor - Steel Framing|Shapes certification from the South Carolina Labor Licensing Regulation, obtained in March 2022. Andrew also holds a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, obtained in September 2021.

Additionally, Andrew Agosto has several other certifications, including being a Certified Weld Inspector from the American Welding Society. Andrew is also certified as a Professional Civil Engineer by the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists, a Professional Engineer by the South Carolina State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors, a Professional Engineer [Civil] by the Georgia State Board of Engineers and Land Surveyors, a Professional Engineer [Structural - 16HR] by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers, a Professional Engineer [Structural - 16HR] by the Minnesota Board of AELSLAGID, and a Professional Structural Engineer by the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration.
