Lori Bannister, CAMS, CRCM has extensive experience in risk management and compliance. Lori currently serves as the Vice President Chief Risk Officer at UniBank for Savings, where they are responsible for designing and implementing the Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework. This includes identifying, measuring, managing, and reporting risks, as well as coordinating the development of processes to evaluate business-specific risk. Prior to their current role, Lori held the position of SVP Compliance and Risk Officer at Putnam Bank. During their time there, they designed and implemented an Enterprise-Wide Risk Focused Compliance Program, which involved formalizing policies and procedures, conducting enterprise compliance risk assessments, and overseeing monitoring and testing activities.
