Ivet Shami Jamil

Ivet Shami Jamil is currently working as a System Engineer at Unibap AB (publ) since June 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Software Developer at Prevas AB from September 2022 to June 2023. Ivet also had a role as a Python Developer at Miris AB from November 2022 to January 2023, where they automated a multithreading process and handled full-stack development in Python. Before that, they completed a Master's thesis project in collaboration with Prevas AB, focusing on IoT and constructing a GPS tracking device using Arduino and Flutter. Additionally, Ivet had project intern and developer roles at Nilar from June 2021 to January 2022, where they gained experience with Git and Gerrit and wrote test code in C to improve C-code projects. Prior to their technical roles, they worked as a Sales Consultant at Rizzo Group AB from September 2019 to March 2021, at Blomsterlandet from May 2018 to June 2020, at Iduna AB from March 2018 to September 2019, and at Xtended Event AB in June 2016. Ivet also had experience as a Private Tutor at Smart Studies from October 2014 to October 2015.

Ivet Shami Jamil completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Physics with a specialization in Embedded Systems from Uppsala University. This educational achievement took place between 2015 and 2022. Prior to attending Uppsala University, Ivet Shami Jamil obtained a high school diploma in Natural Sciences from Bessemerskolan, where they studied from 2012 to 2015.
