Lars Sundberg

Lars Sundberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In their most recent position at Unibap AB (publ), they serve as the Head of Operations starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Program Director in the Immunodiagnostics Division, from May 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Lars held a long-term position at Biotage AB, Sweden, where they served as the Director of Systems Development R&D from February 2016 to June 2022.

From 2008 to 2015, Lars worked at Mycronic, where they held several leadership positions. As the Senior VP of R&D, they were responsible for all R&D activities, managing a team of 130 employees and consultants. Lars also served as the Director of the Program Manager LDI, R&D, and Director of the Systems and Test Department, R&D, among other roles.

Prior to their time at Mycronic, Lars worked at Micronic Laser Systems AB, where they held roles such as Manager Control Software and Senior Project Manager. Before that, they began their career as a Software Developer at Enea Software.

Lars Sundberg obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Linköping University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued Executive MBA at Mgruppen, specializing in Master of Leadership, Master of Strategy, and Master of Finance.
