Eleni Ntokou

Eleni Ntokou is a seasoned professional in product development and sustainability, currently serving as the Product Development and Sustainability Manager at Unibio since March 2016. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams in new product design, managing research projects, addressing regulatory issues, and overseeing sustainability strategies. Previous roles include Project Manager for Protein Applications and Protein Biochemist, as well as a member of the Technical Management Committee at the Global Feed Lifecycle Assessment Institute. Eleni Ntokou holds a PhD in Molecular Microbiology and has extensive experience in research and development through positions at the University of Southern Denmark, University of Thessaly, and other institutions.
