Jens Kristian Munk

Jens Kristian Munk is a Specialist at Unibio since February 2022 and previously worked as a Chemist at Amager and Hvidovre Hospital from April 2016 to January 2022. With a background in biochemistry and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Copenhagen, Jens has extensive experience in research and development roles, including work on antimicrobial peptides, enzymes for biofuel production, PCR technology, and feedstuffs for livestock. Jens also has experience in managing multinational projects and utilizing data analysis tools like R. Additionally, Jens Kristian holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
